St. Tebow

You know I’ve been taking my own shots here at St. Tebow. The really cool thing is, he’s a fine Christian gentleman who tells it like it is. Like you’re going to Hell if you do not accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior. Tebow does nothing wrong by evangelizing in his position. It’s what he’s supposed to do. Too funny. People rant on how professional athletes are criminals and baby making machines, but when they get a guy who genuinely has Jesus in his life, and he’s living a good, clean lifestyle, they hate on him. Did you see that name? That’s right, JESUS. The name that you hear bleeped out on Jerry Springer because he’s a hateful liberal slug who wants himself to be elevated like his show…the worst show in the history of TV other than Pardon The Interruption. We’re done with politics for the moment. Of course, St. Tebow is a Bronco…so the ONLY  thing good about him is he’s a fine Christian gentleman.

The thing here is, although we bust on St. Tebow, he’s going to make himself into a credible NFL quarterback. It’s going to take some time. His delivery is long and slow but he’s going to eventually become average. I’m not sure if he’ll ever become a starter long-term or whether it will be with the Broncos, but he can eventually become a bigger stronger version of Rich Gannon. It will take a while but it’s going to happen.

About bittersportspills

I love sports. I don't love the hype, homerism, ratings talk, self-important egomaniacs, bias or any of the other nonsense you get with the national media. Nor will you get the two clowns on sports talk radio who stage phony arguments. It doesn't make it entertaining. It makes it time to turn on your iPod and jam instead of listening to white noise generators. This is the sports blog for you, the ones who don't like everything Los Angeles or New York. Just because the sporting media is based there doesn't mean we have to like their teams. We do treat them fairly, though. That means if one of those cities has an average QB who plays particularly well...we'll note it. If they're garbage, we'll say so. Instead of crying "why, why, why" like a certain sports media homer did in his radio broadcast. This isn't my job...I have a real one. Nevertheless, I'll post here when I make an observation. Common sense in sports is nearly dead. Now we're attempting to bring it back.
