Over 18 only post

…I don’t curse on this blog…until now. I got a fucking parking ticket in front of my own damn house. Why? Because the San Antonio Police Department decided to send their parking enforcement into neighborhoods. They are the real criminals in this case. I guess the city is broke from giving tax breaks to corporations and has decided to fuck over its own citizenry. It’s the end of the month and they have to fill their quotas. What was my sin? Having parked my car in the direction facing traffic…on a residential street!

Are you kidding me? Are you fucking kidding!!!! We’ve had cars egged, I at one time had a house mate who had his car broken into in front of the house; losing five hundred dollars worth of equipment, and my neighbor kept stealing my recycle bins…a little fact I know but he doesn’t.  My other neighbor, the old one who was renting the house next to mine parked HIS piece of $#!+ car in front of my house, and when I called SAPD, they did nothing!

Now I get a parking ticket for parking my damn car in front of my own damn house. That’s your tax dollars at work.

Yes, I’m going to contest it. Why not? Parking in the wrong direction on a residential street? Fuck them. If I’m going to have to pay, I’m going to get my money’s worth. Ridiculous.

About bittersportspills

I love sports. I don't love the hype, homerism, ratings talk, self-important egomaniacs, bias or any of the other nonsense you get with the national media. Nor will you get the two clowns on sports talk radio who stage phony arguments. It doesn't make it entertaining. It makes it time to turn on your iPod and jam instead of listening to white noise generators. This is the sports blog for you, the ones who don't like everything Los Angeles or New York. Just because the sporting media is based there doesn't mean we have to like their teams. We do treat them fairly, though. That means if one of those cities has an average QB who plays particularly well...we'll note it. If they're garbage, we'll say so. Instead of crying "why, why, why" like a certain sports media homer did in his radio broadcast. This isn't my job...I have a real one. Nevertheless, I'll post here when I make an observation. Common sense in sports is nearly dead. Now we're attempting to bring it back.
