Tony Romo

I didn’t watch much of the Cowboys-Bears game due to flight difficulties. I understand Tony Romo had some issues in that game.

Like throwing five picks.

Too funny, someone on Charissa’s SportsNation show yelled at “who’s that to?”, on the Romo to Charles Tillman pick return for TD. LMAO.

By the way, Charissa is smokin like a J57. As if you didn’t know that. A blind dude knows she’s hot. And she knows sports? That’s too much to handle, almost. If I was an NFL quarterback, she’d be in trouble.

Anyway, Joe Theismann came out and said Romo isn’t a very good quarterback.

That’s simply not true. As much as I hate the Cowboys, Romo is a quality quarterback playing on a non-well constructed NFL team. He can consistently make the playoffs and would be a threat to win titles on a better-managed team. Fortunately, he’s not, and I won’t have to worry about Crackwagon fans too much.

As a Cowboys hater, this is shaping up to be a better year than expected. They lost a game I thought they would win. 2-2 at the quarter mark is right in line with the consistent mediocrity I’ve always hoped for with them. Another 8-8 would get them the 18th pick overall;

About bittersportspills

I love sports. I don't love the hype, homerism, ratings talk, self-important egomaniacs, bias or any of the other nonsense you get with the national media. Nor will you get the two clowns on sports talk radio who stage phony arguments. It doesn't make it entertaining. It makes it time to turn on your iPod and jam instead of listening to white noise generators. This is the sports blog for you, the ones who don't like everything Los Angeles or New York. Just because the sporting media is based there doesn't mean we have to like their teams. We do treat them fairly, though. That means if one of those cities has an average QB who plays particularly well...we'll note it. If they're garbage, we'll say so. Instead of crying "why, why, why" like a certain sports media homer did in his radio broadcast. This isn't my job...I have a real one. Nevertheless, I'll post here when I make an observation. Common sense in sports is nearly dead. Now we're attempting to bring it back.
