Did you see the Jets fiasco in Tennessee? Did you see where they were terrible against a bad team? I’d like to give the Titans some credit…Chris Johnson had a superstar run for a 94-yard touchdown…but I can’t. They were awful. There’s no way the Jets should have lost this game tonight.

Parts of this game where the Jets were moving the ball, then you see Tim Tebow for absolutely no reason. Then you see Sanchez throwing picks, bad snaps, playoff elimination. The Jets defense? They gave up a couple of big plays but there’s no reason they shouldn’t win games when they hold teams to 14 points.
Their offense is bad. How’s that for an understatement? Can’t understand their play calling. Can’t understand their execution. Yeah, they’ve had injuries, but they clearly look like they aren’t giving the effort.
Mark Sanchez: 13-28, 131, 1 TD, 4 PIX. Nothing says “backup free agent” like a statline like that. Can’t see him back, that is, if you intend to win. Rex Ryan, can’t see him back at all. The Jets are quitting on him. If I’m New Orleans, I bring him in as my defensive coordinator under Sean Payton.
I have to say, I’m not going to miss Sal Palantonio from the Jets training facility on ESPN. Is there anything more tired than the ESPN Jets overkill?
