Cheaters over Football

I was watching the Texans play the niners, when it quickly became unwatchable and unlistenable. Unwatchable because Matt Schaub is not even a game manager anymore; unlistenable because Al Michaels is fawning over his beloved niners. It’s 14-0 now, and Schaub just threw another pick. niners likely to score again.

So I’ve turned to my DVR’d copy of last night’s Cheaters. It was the usual outstanding programming.

The client was married to this guy doing “art.” He had this woman “modeling”, but he was also banging her. He had told the model he and his wife had an open relationship. They did not, and she went off on him during the confrontation. They had been married for 15 years.

The other case was a guy who had been with a girl for 6 years. He caught her cheating with a better looking dude and he was all upset. The girl said one of the caught-cheaters favorite things: He was never around. Oh well. It wasn’t like they were married or anything.

Now the niners are burying the Texans, 34-3. Texans are an embarrassment. Wade Phillips in his third season with a team is awful, and it looks like more Texans fans are going to be burning Schaub jerseys:

Please tell me that’s worth it.

About bittersportspills

I love sports. I don't love the hype, homerism, ratings talk, self-important egomaniacs, bias or any of the other nonsense you get with the national media. Nor will you get the two clowns on sports talk radio who stage phony arguments. It doesn't make it entertaining. It makes it time to turn on your iPod and jam instead of listening to white noise generators. This is the sports blog for you, the ones who don't like everything Los Angeles or New York. Just because the sporting media is based there doesn't mean we have to like their teams. We do treat them fairly, though. That means if one of those cities has an average QB who plays particularly well...we'll note it. If they're garbage, we'll say so. Instead of crying "why, why, why" like a certain sports media homer did in his radio broadcast. This isn't my job...I have a real one. Nevertheless, I'll post here when I make an observation. Common sense in sports is nearly dead. Now we're attempting to bring it back.
