If you haven’t heard about the mysterious disappearance of Malaysian Airlines Flight 370, you’ve been in hiding.
This really pisses me off.
As far as BSP is concerned, it’s a no-brainer someone commandeered the aircraft and flew it off into oblivion. Turning off tracking components is either the work of a terrorist, or someone who is suicidal.
A hijacker makes no sense. Hijackers make demands and political statements.
Suicide, a maniac decides to murder 239 people and off themselves. Wouldn’t be the first time.
We’re (the United States) going to find that plane, and we’re going to get to the bottom of this. It might take a long time, but we will find the aircraft even if its at the bottom of the Indian Ocean. Which it is.
BSP also believes Malaysia has unintentionally or intentionally bungled this investigation. They don’t want other nearby nations (re: China) to know their capabilities (or lack therof), they sure as hell don’t want anyone blaming the pilot(s) for intentionally driving those passengers and crew to their deaths, and they don’t want their gross incompetence exposed to the world. Too late. They haven’t even searched the homes of the pilots, citing there’s no reason to do so. Are you serious? Pathetic.
Let’s not mention the non-performance of Malaysian Airlines. No subscription to operational data from the aircraft manufacturer screams cheap. You buy a bus for $100M and don’t get in-flight maintenance data? It’s like buying a Mac Book Pro and only getting a surge protector.
