Here’s something you should look at as well: Bone in ribeye. I thought it was overrated, and (vastly) overpriced. Neither one of those statements is true.

I’m going to cut this post short, by going out and purchasing some bone-in ribeyes. One other thing, the hamburgers with the cheese and sun-dried tomatoes are off-the-chain terrific. TERRIFIC.
